Payments and Delivery

I. Scope

This document sets out the terms governing payment processing and delivery of royalty-free digital audio products provided by MILAN INNOVATIONS LLC, a limited liability company registered in Wyoming, United States.

The company is owned and managed by Milan Lipowski, who creates and releases all audio works under the artist name “Milan Wilkinson”, registered with Broadcast Music, Inc. (BMI).

II. Payment Processing

All payments are processed electronically through authorised third-party payment service providers.

Accepted payment methods may include credit cards, debit cards, and other supported electronic payment systems.

Payment transactions are subject to validation and authorisation by the respective payment provider.

MILAN INNOVATIONS LLC does not store or process full payment card details and relies on payment processors operating in accordance with recognised industry security standards, including PCI DSS.

III. Pricing and Charges

All prices are presented clearly prior to the completion of a transaction.

Applicable charges, including any taxes or fees where required by law, are disclosed at the point of sale.

MILAN INNOVATIONS LLC reserves the right to modify pricing at any time. Such modifications do not affect transactions that have already been completed and confirmed.

IV. Delivery Method

All products are delivered electronically as downloadable royalty-free audio files. No physical goods are manufactured, shipped, or otherwise distributed.

Delivery is provided through:

• secure download links presented after purchase
• confirmation email containing access to download links

V. Instant Delivery

Access to purchased digital products is provided immediately after successful payment confirmation.

In typical circumstances, delivery is completed automatically through secure download links without delay.

VI. Delivery Timing

Where immediate access is temporarily unavailable due to technical conditions or verification procedures, delivery will be completed within a reasonable timeframe following payment confirmation.

Reasonable efforts are undertaken to ensure prompt availability of purchased products.

VII. Access and Responsibility

Upon delivery, responsibility for downloading, storing, and maintaining access to the digital product transfers to the Customer.

Customers are advised to securely store and back up all purchased files.

VIII. Limitations

Delivery of digital products may be affected by external factors, including payment verification procedures, internet connectivity, device compatibility, or system availability.

While systems are designed to provide reliable access, temporary delays or interruptions may occur.

In such cases, reasonable steps will be taken to restore access, including reissuing download links or providing alternative access where appropriate.

MILAN INNOVATIONS LLC does not accept responsibility for issues arising from factors outside its reasonable control.
