The company is owned and managed by Milan Lipowski, who creates and releases all audio works under the artist name “Milan Wilkinson”, registered with Broadcast Music, Inc. (BMI).

All sales, refunds, customer support, and legal matters are handled exclusively by MILAN INNOVATIONS LLC.

The term “Audio Pink Noise” refers to the Seller.

By accessing the Website or purchasing any Products, the Customer agrees to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If the Customer does not agree, the Website must not be used and no purchase should be made.

“Products” means royalty-free digital audio tracks provided as downloadable files

The subject of sale consists of royalty-free digital audio tracks delivered as downloadable files, with instant download available after purchase.

All files labelled “Hi-Res” or “true Hi-Res” are delivered in high-resolution format (typically 24-bit or 32-bit depth at 192 kHz sample rate), unless otherwise stated on the product page.

Additional formats (such as M4A or MP3) are typically provided at 16-bit / 48 kHz. Exact technical specifications are listed on each product page.

The Customer is responsible for reviewing all product details and ensuring compatibility with their equipment, software, or intended use before purchase.

III. Purchases and Payment

Payments are processed securely via third-party providers, including Stripe.

By completing a purchase, the Customer represents and warrants that:

The selected payment method is authorized
All provided payment information is accurate
The Product is understood to be a digital download

Access to digital content is provided immediately after successful payment. A confirmation email and/or on-screen receipt is provided.

The Customer must be at least 18 years old, or the age of majority in the relevant jurisdiction, to use the Website and make purchases.

IV. Returns, Exchanges, and Refunds

Due to the nature of digital Products, returns and exchanges are not offered. All sales are considered final once the Product has been delivered or made available for download.

Appropriate equipment and safe listening levels will be used
Full responsibility is accepted for how the audio files are used

Improper use, especially at excessive volume, may result in hearing damage or equipment damage.

Audio Pink Noise and the Seller are not responsible for any injury, damage, or loss resulting from use or misuse of the Products.

VI. Warranties, Product Quality, and Limitations

All Products are provided “as is”. Reasonable care is taken to ensure that all audio files are of high quality, properly rendered, and free from defects.

Products are delivered in standard audio formats commonly supported by modern playback devices. However, compatibility depends on the Customer’s specific device, software, and configuration. The Customer is responsible for ensuring that the selected format is supported before purchase.

Access to purchased Products is provided via download links after successful payment. Download access may be subject to reasonable limitations (such as a limited number of downloads or time-based expiration) as a security measure to prevent unauthorized sharing.

While efforts are made to ensure consistency and quality, no guarantee is made that the Products will meet individual expectations, produce specific outcomes, or function on all devices or environments.

VII. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, the Seller shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, including loss of data, revenue, profit, or personal injury resulting from use or misuse of the Products.
