Audio Pink Noise is set up by Milan Lipowski as a freelancer with registered business with headquarters in Prague, Salmovska Street 1693/6, Czech Republic with ID: 76636445. The freelancing licence permitted by government with approved activity is officially defined as ‘Production, reproduction, distribution, sale, rental of audio and audio-visual recordings and blank media production data and alerts’.

II. Basic Definitions

Subject of sale on this website dedicated to pink noise are audio data files with file extension .flac and/or .m4a and/or .aiff (product/s).
All audio files on this website are true hi-res audio with guaranteed quality of 24bits/32bits depth and 192kHz.
All audio files on this website are distributed in a uncompressed zip file over a link for download after payment.
Financial transactions on this website and distributions are conducted digitally only.

III. Refunds

Once a product has been purchased by you, no right of cancellation or refund exists due to the electronic nature of our products and you agree that any payments made by you for any of our products are final and may not be charged back. If you received a corrupted audio file, Audio Noise Pro will provide new audio file.

IV. Warranties

This project Audio Pink Noise make every effort to ensure that files are accurate and fit for the use of customers. However, Audio Pink Noise takes no responsibility whatsoever for the suitability of the product. Audio Pink Noise takes no responsibility for any audio system damage caused by purchased audio files used in an inappropriate way. You assumed to have knowledgebase about testing tones and signals in audio devices. Using audio files is at your own risk.
